Endpoint & Identity Protection

Every device and every identity is a potential entry point. Netrio’s Endpoint & Identity Protection services combine managed endpoint detection and response with identity governance, so both what people use and who they are stay under continuous control.

Our Services

Endpoint Protection as a Service (EPaaS)

Endpoint Protection as a Service (EPaaS) is Netrio’s managed endpoint security service that deploys, configures, monitors, and responds to threats across Customer endpoints using EDR, web security, and email security agents, with automated isolation and remediation performed per defined playbooks.

What’s included:

  • Deployment and configuration of approved EDR, web security, and email security agents
  • 24×7 monitoring of alerts and threat detections
  • Automated isolation and remediation of identified threats per playbook
  • Integration with SIEM or central security platforms where applicable
  • Monthly endpoint security report; quarterly detection and policy tuning; annual endpoint protection maturity assessment

Why it matters:

  • Deployment, tuning, alerting, and response are fully handled — devices stay protected without adding headcount
  • Direct integration with SOCaaS means endpoint alerts escalate immediately instead of sitting in a separate console
  • Covers office, mobile, and remote-workforce devices under one policy set

Identity and Access Management as a Service (IDAMaaS)

Identity and Access Management as a Service (IDAMaaS) is Netrio’s managed identity governance service that administers identity platforms, authentication and conditional-access policy, privileged access processes, and access reviews so the right people retain the right access at the right time.

What’s included:

  • Identity platform administration, health monitoring, and synchronization oversight
  • User lifecycle support: provisioning, modification, deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows
  • Multi-factor authentication and conditional-access policy configuration and tuning
  • Privileged access governance support, including stale or excessive access identification
  • Coordination of periodic access reviews and remediation tracking
  • Monthly IAM reporting; quarterly identity security posture review; annual maturity assessment and roadmap

Why it matters:

  • Reduces unauthorized-access risk through continuous identity hygiene monitoring and anomaly detection
  • Supports zero-trust access policy design and enforcement rather than one-time configuration
  • Keeps privileged and stale accounts visible and disposed of on a set cadence instead of discovered during an audit
