Dave Costa Named Chief Customer Officer; Will Lead Netrio’s Global Organization to Deliver on Customer-First Corporate Strategy.

The number of cybersecurity-related merger and acquisition (M&A) announcements surged in May 2025.

The transaction is regarded as another step in Netrio’s journey to become a top MSP focused on small and midmarket enterprise IT need.

Netrio unveiled the acquisition of Agio, a fellow MSP focused on providing cybersecurity and other services targeting the financial services market.

The deal will allow Netrio, a fellow MSP, to sell AgioNow, Agio’s proprietary, generative AI-powered IT delivery platform.

The move strengthens Netrio’s position in the Northeast U.S. while expanding its cybersecurity portfolio and sector-specific expertise.

Netrio announced that Lori Borg – Microsoft’s VP Americas, go-to-market strategy, global partner solutions – joined its board of directors.
