Jason Rosenthal brings deep financial leadership experience across high-growth technology and financial services companies to his role as CFO at Netrio. A founding member of The F Suite, an invitation-only peer community for CFOs, Rosenthal has held senior finance leadership roles at OppLoans and The AZEK Company, guiding both organizations through successful public offerings, and built and led the finance function for Discover Financial Services’ Student Loans business. Earlier in his career, he served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 clients on operations, technology, and business strategy. Rosenthal’s expertise spans FP&A, IPO readiness, valuation, and building finance organizations that scale with growth.
